The user script needs to be located at: E2Plugin\Technologies\Technology\Series\BalancingSequencing\
Multiple versions of the scripts can be placed there, but the script that will run is the one selected from Sequencing & Balancing dashboard.
The object of the CENPyOlpBalancingSequencingOperator class is passed to the ExecuteBalancingSequencing() callback as a parameter.
